Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Prepared from current U.S. and international privacy law as a thorough starting point — not legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified Florida counsel, and confirm your contact and mailing details, before you publish or rely on it.
Strada Exotics respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
Who we are
Strada Exotics ("Strada," "we," "us," and "our") rents exotic and luxury cars in Naples, Florida, and the surrounding Southwest Florida area. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have, when you visit stradanaples.com, submit a reservation request, or contact us about a rental.
It works alongside our Terms of Service. By using our site or contacting us about a rental, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: what you give us, what we collect automatically, and what we collect if you go on to rent a vehicle.
Information you give us — when you submit a reservation request or contact us, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The vehicle, dates, and pickup or delivery location you're interested in
- Your delivery preference and any notes or details you choose to share
Information we collect automatically — when you visit the site, our hosting provider records limited technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request, to operate and secure the site. With your consent, we also collect aggregate, privacy-friendly usage analytics (see "Cookies and analytics").
Information we collect to complete a rental — if you go on to rent, we collect the additional information needed to qualify and contract with you, such as your date of birth, driver's license details, insurance information, and a payment card for the rental charges and the refundable security deposit. We collect this when you book and at delivery, and under your separate rental agreement — not through the website's request form.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your reservation requests and questions
- Confirm availability, pricing, and bookings, and arrange delivery and collection
- Communicate with you about your rental by email, phone, or text
- Verify eligibility and identity, take and refund security deposits, and prevent fraud
- Meet our legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and safety obligations
- Understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it (only with your consent)
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, and only with parties bound to protect it:
- Service providers — companies that process information on our behalf under contract, including our email provider (Resend) to receive and answer your requests, and our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) to serve the site
- Professional advisors and insurers — such as our insurer, accountants, or attorneys, where reasonably needed to operate or protect the business
- Legal and safety — when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers, our vehicles, or the public
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy
We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only what is needed for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice.
Analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) loads only after you select "Accept" on our consent banner. It is cookieless and aggregate — it does not identify you or follow you across other websites. If you decline, no analytics is loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Because we do not sell or share your personal information, a browser opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) has nothing to opt out of; we honor such signals to the extent they apply to us.
Email — your choices
We send two kinds of email: transactional messages about a request or rental you started, and — only if you opt in — occasional news or offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. You can also email info@stradanaples.com to be removed from marketing messages. We may still send transactional messages needed to handle an active request or rental.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may text you to coordinate your reservation, delivery, and rental, and — only with your separate consent — to share occasional offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consenting to texts is not a condition of renting from us, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
- Receive a copy of the information you provided
- Opt out of analytics and withdraw any consent you gave
To make a request, email info@stradanaples.com. We will respond as required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws, and visitors from the EEA, UK, and Canada, may have the additional rights described below.
California privacy rights
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising — so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action to take. California residents may still request to know, access, correct, or delete their personal information, and to receive it in a portable form, by emailing info@stradanaples.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
International visitors (EEA, UK, and Canada)
We are a United States business based in Naples, Florida. If you contact us or use our site from outside the US, your information is collected and stored in the US and is subject to US law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Where we handle your information, we rely on these legal bases: to take steps at your request before, and to perform, a rental agreement; your consent (for analytics and any marketing); and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and keeping our site and business secure.
As a matter of practice, we honor requests from EEA, UK, and Canadian visitors to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the use of their personal information, and to withdraw consent — email info@stradanaples.com and we will respond within about 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority: in the EEA, your national authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC).
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, and we limit access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a breach of your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by Florida's Information Protection Act and other applicable law, without unreasonable delay.
Data retention
We keep reservation and contact details only as long as needed to provide the service you asked for, to manage our relationship with you, and to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and insurance obligations. Rental and financial records are generally kept for several years to meet those obligations; inquiry-only information is kept for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for adults, and our renters must meet the age requirements on our Requirements page. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
